在這個時代里10個基本法則是：
1、更多的功能并不好
More features isn’t better, it’s worse；
 
2、增加功能不會讓事情更容易
You can’t make things easier by adding to them；
 
3、讓用戶迷惑是毀掉業(yè)務的終級手段
Confusion is the ultimate deal-breaker；
 
4、風格很關鍵
Style matters；
 
5、只有在一項功能可以提升用戶體驗時才加上它
Only features that provide a good user experience will be used；
 
6、任何需要學習的功能都只會吸引一小部分用戶
Any feature that requires learning will only be adopted by a small fraction of users；
 
7、無用的功能不止是無用，它會破壞易用性
Unused features are not only useless, they can slow you down and diminish ease of use；
 
8、用戶不會關心技術，他們只想知道產(chǎn)品能做什么
Users do not want to think about technology: what really counts is what it does for them；
 
9、忘掉關鍵功能，關注最重要的用戶體驗

10、簡潔很難，因此少就是多
